In regards to the issue present in your screenshots it is an issue with Google Chrome when the users attempts to zoom in. The fix is quite simple, when the window has been zoomed in you will see a Magnifying Glass in the address bar next to the favourites star. When you click on the Magnifying Glass you have the options to zoom in or out but just click reset and it will default back to 100% and fix the window. I have attached examples below.
