Open Shared Mailbox - Mac

Too Open a shared mailbox:

  • Open Outlook for Mac
  • Click Tools in the ribbon and click Accounts
  • Select your account from the list on the left and Advanced.
  • Choose the Delegates Tab
  • Under People I am a delegate for, click the +
  • Search for the mailbox and choose Add
  • Wait for the pop up dialog box, tick the check box and click Allow.
  • The mailbox will be added to your Outlook.
