Open Shared Mailbox - Mac
Too Open a shared mailbox:
- Open Outlook for Mac
- Click Tools in the ribbon and click Accounts
- Select your account from the list on the left and Advanced.
- Choose the Delegates Tab
- Under People I am a delegate for, click the +
- Search for the mailbox and choose Add
- Wait for the pop up dialog box, tick the check box and click Allow.
- The mailbox will be added to your Outlook.
